Our Story
Built by hand, tree by tree.
In Kuşadası, on his family's land, Cahit Palamutçu built this grove tree by tree — and he's still the one tending it.

Cahit Palamutçu started this business roughly 25 years ago, on a piece of his family's land in Kuşadası, Türkiye. A handful of trees were already there, some of them centuries old — but it wasn't a mature grove he inherited ready-made. He led the work of planting most of the trees himself, and has tended them all ever since.
Like any real harvest, the oil isn't identical year to year — a wetter spring or a hotter summer changes what ends up in the bottle, so each year's batch carries its own subtle character.
What drives Cahit is simple — quality, and family. He leads every part of it personally: every bottle reflects decisions he's made, from which trees to plant to how the olives are pressed.
